1. Box Jumps- 5 minutes- 6 jumps every minute
2. Squat- 5 sets, 8 reps, 90 seconds rest
3. 10 minutes: every minute 3 bent over rows, 3 cleans, 3 kettlebell swings
4. Barbell Curls- 3 sets, 10 reps, 1 minute rest
5. Seated DB Hammer Curls- 2 sets, 12 reps alternating L/R, 1 minute rest between sets
6. 10 minutes: every minute 20 Forearm Plank, 10 second side plank L/R
