Group Program: Flex Friday 9/6/19

1. Box Jumps- 5 minutes- 5 jumps every minute

2. Squat- 3 sets, 6 reps, 90 seconds rest, 1 set, 12 reps

3. 10 minutes: every minute 5 bent over rows, 5 cleans, 5 kettlebell swings

4. Barbell Curls- 3 sets, 10 reps, 1 minute rest

5. Seated DB Hammer Curls- 2 sets, 12 reps alternating L/R, 1 minute rest between sets

6. 10 minutes: every minute 20 Forearm Plank, 10 second side plank L/R
