2. Incline DB Bench Press alternating from the top- 3 sets, 12 reps, rest 1 minute

3. Lateral Push ups Ladder- 3 sets, L/R

4. Banded Palof Press- 3 sets, 12 reps L/R

5. Weighted Carries- 3 sets- brief case carry + front rack carry

6. DB Tricep Kick Backs- 2 sets, 15 reps + 1 second pause
